Where Young Performers Shine from the Start

KidStage classes are designed for students in 1st through 5th grade who want to explore the magic of theatre in a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment. We proudly refer to KidStage as the “Little League of Theatre,” giving students an early start in the performing arts—well before the traditional middle school introduction.

Introducing theatre at a young age helps students gain confidence, develop communication skills, and discover their unique voice—all while having a blast!

Our Philosophy: Process Over Perfection

At KidStage, we are a process-based theatre program. That means our focus isn’t just on the final show—it’s on building self-confidence, creativity, teamwork, and personal growth throughout the entire experience.

Putting on a production from start to finish teaches patience, respect, responsibility, and the importance of collaboration. These are lessons that extend far beyond the stage.

Class Options

We offer two KidStage program paths to meet your child’s interests and availability:

🎭 SHOWTIME

12-Week Performance Class
Fall, Spring, & Summer Sessions Available

SHOWTIME is perfect for students who want to dive into rehearsals and prepare for a mainstage production.

Program Details:

  • Weekly Rehearsals: Choose Tuesdays (5:00–6:30 PM)

  • Final Production: Full stage performance for Fall and Spring sessions

  • Summer Session: Ends with a fun, informal showcase

Each class includes training in acting, singing, and dance.
Auditions are held during the first two weeks, and all students are cast in the show.

Once your child is cast, they are committed to the show and their role!

✨ ENCORE

Year-Long Theatre Training Program

ENCORE was created for students who wanted more than just one session of KidStage—it's for those who love theatre and want to grow all year long.

ENCORE includes everything offered in SHOWTIME for the full year (Fall, Spring, & Summer!) plus so much more:

Program Benefits:​

  • Special Events such as:

    • Participation in the Magnolia Christmas Parade

    • Field trips to local theatre performances at Magnolia West and Magnolia Junior High

ENCORE focuses on deeper development of performance skills while staying connected to the theatre community.

*Note: Students must complete at least one SHOWTIME session to be eligible for ENCORE enrollment.
